I took it for a couple of years (I think)…

first day i woke up & felt like Id been hit by a bus..could'nt get out of bed for hours…fucked up my memory big time….and it didn't end there.

So I learned. I used to keep journals for years, then started taking Seroquel….after I got off of it one day I started reading through my old journals: it was if someone else had written what was in them, i couldn't believe I had written what was in them myself. All I could think was that medication had a serious effect on my judgement/perceptions/etc…

I feel ya, anon.

I thought life was a nightmare….and most days I still do.

No more 'psych meds' for me; they aggravated my depression and left me feeling numb at the same time. i think the effects will never completely go away.

I still take anti-anxiety meds & a heavy benzo to help me sleep…among other legal pharmacuticals …I need to wean off this shit…my memory is all but completely wiped.
