For instance, there's a set of disorders called "Cluster B" disorders. I'm thinking it's something like that; some kind of broad designation, followed by a type.

And then there was this:

At first, I thought this was a method of delivering the drugs, such as orally, intravenously, etc - but nothing I knew of fit, so now I'm thinking it's a name or a title, like "Programmer."

Also, this is all basically the plot of Jacob's Ladder.
