That doesn't sound very mutual unless someone cares about your benefit and wellbeing
Your thinking is prophetic as a general rule of consciousness. If you imagine yourself greater than you are, that imagined self can manifest.
You can also manifest a lowly self, or a terrible self.
Make a choice as to who you want to be and make it so. We are all playing characters, play a good one.
We can also become trapped into cognitive tunnel vision if we don't vary our stimuli and environment. Other conscious beings in proximity are a major determining factor in environment. We humans are communal organisms, is your community parasitic? Cancerous?
Take good care of yourself.
Nobody will ever be able to do it as well or know so well what you need.
When you're well taken care of, you have enough for others.
