Q never said she would die in office. And anyone could predict that she won't be around much longer.
Personally, I predict that she will retire abruptly due to failing health. I think she'll live to she her replacement… and THAT will kill her.
There is no way RBG makes it to the end of Trump's 2nd term; and They know it.
So it might make tactical sense for them to pull a GWB and retire her soon so that they can use the politically delicate situation in the aftermath for leverage in the Gov Shutdown negotiations, or simply to require POTUS to delay declass for a little while longer. Their main stalling strategy seems to be to create such situations.
That was some guy's idea who wanted funding to develop it. If you listen to the tone of the voices asking questions at the end you will hear that they are not pleased with the concept.
