there could be literally dozens of "pre-trial" hearings, if anyone signs a continuance that shit drags on years. had a case that if seen through would have been a 2, 3 year ordeal easy had I let it. the system is so rigged and backlogged its insane. "public defenders" and prosecutors sharing office space…
