Spend some time and educate yourself. Open your mind to ideas that at first may seem to be too "far out" or beyond the realm of possibility as you currently understand it. Absorb information. After a while, patterns emerge and you can see what has really been going on. It is different than what we are told.
Regarding safety, you'll be fine. Patriots in control. But consider the cases where things could be difficult and prepare accordingly.
