Its not the actors - the movies are MKUltra. This hasn't been a programming tool just for select individuals for over two decades now, it has become a mainstream programming tool for the masses. Deeper mind control is still performed to create the school shooters, TV personalities, and politicians etc., but literally everyone who watches movies is being programmed.
