I think, just as Mega Anon had mentioned long ago, this:
There was a threat to Maggie Haberman to release the story that Trump is looking to address the nation on Tuesday at 9pm. If that article was not released, the major networks could have swept the request under the rug, I believe two are still contemplating.
Well, the address, though said to be about the wall, will not be.
