Update 1:

In the above tweet, A is Maggie's 'Handler'. In Q's response, Q picks up the discussion by beginning with A.

The 'stone' identifyer may be key in understanding who Maggie's 'handler' is. 'Stone' could be referencing the first letter only, making the initials AS. Maggie is stating she is under the threat of death in her tweet. In Q's 2nd reply, Maggie is being offered a deal with 'protection'.
