In the 666 Building threads, discussing the one that Kushner owns among other things, the subject tangential to this was described. I can't remember who or what was the source, but it was stated that there would be two tiers of chips, the expensive, elite-designated ones and the ones for the general population. The lower-tier chips could cause health problems that the higher-tier would not. There was also discussion of a network of towers that could relay an emf around the world that would mess with people. I don't know if those threads were archived or just fell off the forum.
