If there's one thing I've learned over the last year, it's that POTUS keeps his word.
Actually, that might be one of the big reasons a lot of people despise him…they actually feel more comfortable when someone is lying to them…even if they know they are being lied to. (still trying to figure that one out, but whatevs).
