JMHO:

DJT will address the nation, not from the podium, but seated behind the Resolute Desk. POTUS will put his case for his plan to secure the boarder to the American people, flourish his pen, and sign the EO ordering the Army Corp of Engineers to build the ‘barrier’. The optics are just too irresistible.
