Where does and "NPC meme" come from? Can anything organically go viral anymore?

How would we know?

You will find very strict rules implicitly followed all over the internet, keeping these various divisions in place as much as possible. The_Donald is all about POTUS, but prohibits Q talk. "Conspiracy forums" may have only one thread on Q (GLP appeared to be this way last I checked), or else may attack and prohibit Q entirely.
