Q,

I know a young man who may be at risk. He's Lebanese, served in Iraq, and was very shaken by the experience. He ended up being used as a translator a lot, so he may have been privy to things above his rank. He's home, but struggling. Keeps military emergency gear and a weapon in his trunk in case "he's jumped". The VA has him on all kinds of meds, some very strong. He's a good young man, but is not even close to the same as he used to be. Hollow and unable to focus. The VA has him coming in all the time and trying different meds on him for his PTSD. Is there anything I can do?
