agreed. the fosamax suit is interesting. merck says they reported the concern to the FDA but the FDA thought a label warning would do more damage than good. for whom, is my question? sounds like merck did the right thing there. years ago, they voluntarily removed a drug from the market before ever getting a warning letter from the fda. who the hell is running the fda?
