It depends on what POTUS reveals in the 8 minutes. If the statement, even if SOE, is about the border wall alone then I see your point. If they trot Occasional Kotex out there she'll caterwaul about immorality blah blah. But if POTUS also reveals why there were so much air traffic in and out of Little Rock, maybe let's people know other topics besides the wall (which WILL be going up shiteatinggrin.png) and one of those topics is that very VIP individuals are currently under indictment/have been detained/will be detained etc.
