Well, there was that Amazon shut down in 2017, I believe. It happened right before Wikileaks dropped some information about CIA spy programs. I suspect the CIA needed time to clean the Amazon servers.
I think it was Vault 7. I would have to refresh my memory on the exact dates, but I'm phonefagging now.
