These banks are going to be taken down. To destroy the badguys who we want destroyed, you have to destroy the banks. They set up a system to destroy us. To trick us into promising to pay more than was even possible (more money than they printed for paybacks). It's a scam to steal all from you and make you believe it is your fault so you play again.
