I seriously doubt RR or RM will be doing the trials. that will probably be Military anyway. Once the Evidence is in Military hands as long as evidence was "legally" attained. Am I correct there? I believe I am. I would have to look in the UCMJ and Tribunals Manual.

Certainly it does, Treason trials will go to the Military. And that is the HIGH CRIMES against the the People. And the Military can use Civilian gathered evidence in their cases.
