The place is called Aprapos. It was used as a "Meeting Place" where NXIVM held events and meetings.

See the attached maps. Coincidence it all took place in the district represented by Cryin' Chuck and Kirsten "What's NXIVM?" Gillibrand?

Reposting from months back for all of the new eyes on the board now.

Here's a list of some people who knew about NXIVM for years and did nothing:

…"We know it won’t be NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo, whose Department of Health is “still investigating” the NXIVM doctors who brand Raniere’s slaves, and conduct psychological experiments on children.

Cuomo also refused to do anything about NXIVM when he was NYS Attorney General. And the current NYS Attorney General, Eric Schneiderman, looks like he’s just blowing smoke to keep Catherine Oxenberg pacified.

The Office of the U.S. Attorney in Albany has known about Raniere’s criminal enterprise for almost 15 years and the current guy, Grant Jaquith, has done nothing about it since he took over. And the local FBI Office, which is headed up by Vadim Thomas, has spent much more time meeting with high-level NXIVM reps to receive reports on the cult’s enemies than it ever spent investigating Raniere and his followers. There have also been rumors about inappropriate relationships between one of NXIVM resp and at least one FBI Special Agent.

Maybe the NYS Police, you suggest. Nope…Senior Investigator Rodger Kirsopp, the guy who was assigned to investigate NXIVM, got flipped somehow and then spent more than three years trying to put together a criminal case against several people who allegedly accessed NXIVM’s website without permission. All the charges were dismissed, of course, when it turned out that Albany County had no jurisdiction over the alleged crime.

How about the Albany County DA, P. David Soares, you ask? Sorry, his two sisters and brother-in-law were cult members and he let a high-ranking member of the cult pose in his office as a legal intern even though she was a high-school dropout. And most of his political funding comes from the Working Families Party, which just happens to get large contributions from the Bronfman family every year. (So does Schneiderman).

Well, what about the Saratoga County DA Karen Heggen? Maybe she’ll see this as a woman’s cause and make them at least stop with the branding? Nope. She doesn’t have time to even investigate what’s going on in her own backyard.

Wait, how about the Internal Revenue Service, whose local Director is Lee Whitlock? Nope, they’ve been sitting on complaints for more than 15 years and have never once done anything to go after Raniere and his followers for tax evasion, money laundering, etc., etc., etc.

Maybe the NYS Department of Taxation & Finance? Nope, they’ve been sitting on the same info as the IRS for more than 10 years and recently hired Bruce Lennard, one of the Special Prosecutors who was involved in the criminal computer trespass case with the NYS Police. The other Special Prosecutor, Holly Trexler, is now a judge in Albany City Court….."

Another reminder for some and possibly news to some of the new eyes on the board.

NY Governor Andrew Cuomo first received a complaint in 2010 when he was NY AG that NXIVM had "acquired a 3 year old" and did nothing because of how much money the Bronfman's contributed to his campaign, as well as the campaigns of other Democrats.

NXIVM critic's plea over child gets little action

Attorney hopes letters spur action by Cuomo's office on behalf of 3-year-old boy

ALBANY – A major critic of the leaders of a Colonie-based organization that litigants describe as a cult is blasting Attorney General Andrew Cuomo for disregarding warnings about alleged misdeeds and suspicious activities, such as members acquiring and instructing a child.

Attorney Joseph J. O'Hara said Cuomo's office has shown little interest in complaint letters he sent in June and July. The letters urged Cuomo, who is running as a Democrat for governor, to take a look at NXIVM and some of its top loyalists and underwriters, including the wealthy sisters Clare and Sara Bronfman, who live in the Capital Region. In the letters, O'Hara alleged they misused foundation money to benefit NXIVM leader Keith Raniere of Clifton Park.

O'Hara told Cuomo, whose office oversees charities, that tax-exempt foundation funds were used to buy Raniere an expensive piano and to pay for nannies helping to raise a child named Gaelen who is being raised through a novel Raniere education program. The 3-year-old child is living in Clifton Park with a NXIVM devotee who is not his biological mother. The child, according to former NXIVM officials, was obtained by a NXIVM student in Michigan and brought back to Saratoga County to live among a cluster of townhouses where NXIVM students and instructors live.

NXIVM, which operates a self-awareness training regime called Executive Success Programs from its Colonie headquarters, follows Raniere's philosophical teachings of looking at life from a new ethical perspective in which people are either parasites or producers.

O'Hara, in an interview, said he has urged Cuomo to investigate twice in recent months because of his growing concerns that NXIVM officials are raising the boy in a way that could cause him harm.

O'Hara, who worked for NXIVM officials several years ago, implies that Cuomo, who has received considerable campaign donations from the Bronfman family, is not eager to investigate for political reasons. "I understand why anyone who is running for office would be reluctant to investigate the members of a family as wealthy and as influential as the Bronfman family," he said. "It seems to me, however, that Gaelen's safety is much more important than any political considerations."……….
