Im spitballing here but my take from Q drop is there must be open source info on black sites or funding for animal programs in which the research results can be directly correlated to known PTSD effects.
There is a relatively new PTSD treatment that involves light stimulation.
I’m guessing that the very same people tasked with curing PTSD know and have access to the original research.

This type of thing is not my specialty yet science tends to follow a pattern in all disciplines as it evolves.

Additionally most universities have research librarians who are highly paid and bored that have access to search engines for scientific journals that cost alot of money to get access.
They are usually happy to help and will do it free of charge.
This is one thing anyone can do.
It’s how I do it when I need to research for an assignment.
