California Government Code

ARTICLE 1. Disciplinary Proceedings [19570 - 19589]

Each of the following constitutes cause for discipline of an employee, or of a person whose name appears on any employment list:

(d) Inexcusable Neglect of Duty

(s) Refusal to Take and Subscribe any Oath or Affirmation

California state worker anons can be disciplined and even terminated for violations of the California Government Code. This is another example of a two-tiered justice system. State government officials are NOT exempt from the law but act as if they are.

Any California state government official, up to and including the governor, must be subject to discipline, termination, recall, or impeachment for failing to abide by the United States Constitution and all federal laws including immigration law.
