Anons, I found this article while searching for competency and forced retirement of SCOTUS Judges. The article is from 2001 and focuses on the physical and mental health of aging SCOTUS judges that refuse to retire and how their law clerks cover for them (pic related). I thought this article might be insightful with regard to RBG.
