Look, there’s no need to be concerned, and there’s certainly no reason to think he’s announcing anything to do with The Plan. When he first met with Dems after the shutdown began, Pelosi interrupted Kirsten Nielsen and would’ve even let her finish her presentation. (“I reject your facts”)
Potus then wrote, and had hand-delivered to all members of Congress, a letter explaining the Border Security issue and attached the complete presentation that Nielsen had tried to give. Ever since then, more and more people have been recommending that Potus give an address directly to the American people, and explain the issue. He’s finally decided to take that advice.
