Seems POTUS is tamping down the "will declare National Emergency" ahead of tonight.

What do we REALLY think tonight is about?

IF he declares a National Emergency, will he also disclose WHY it's such a national emergency? That there's evil people like Soros and the Dems behind all the human and drug trafficking and they are purposefully trying to ruin our country??
