Who are from the seed of the devil and who are not?

If 2001: A Space Odyssey is to be believed, the Anunnaki sound the Earth and discovered a primitive ape living here. This is what they genetically modified. I am not sure what A/E, Cain, and Abel could have hadmsex with, besides other Anunnaki. Maybe the primitive apes that were already here. They lacked a higher conciousness, but could presumably reproduce.
