For starters, he doesn't waste words.
POTUS used the highest office in the land to point to Nancy and Chuck and tells the American people, "American's blood is on their hands."
He changes the game from one of "compassion" and "dreamers" and all that bullshit to one of a violent, bloody offensive being waged on innocent Americans.
