To recap:

 

POTUS has now explained how financially smart and imperative for national security the wall is. He's justified the "and Mexico is going to pay for it!" catchphrase. He's made it very clear that he can build the wall without the democrats, but WOULD PREFER TO COMPROMISE and work across the political aisles.

 

The wall is now painted as inevitable, and the democrats are 100% responsible for either working with the president and helping those they claim to represent or doing NOTHING and giving the president what he wants anyway.

 

Brilliantly backed into a corner. The shutdown is on dems. The lack of compromise is on dems. The lack of getting anything out of a deal for the democrats and their base/platform/agenda is now squarely and solely due to the dems obstruction. POTUS would have given them something.

 

But now they get NOTHING. They LOSE. Good DAY, sir!

Anons in blue states, call your reps and demand dems work with the president.

 

Trump is going to get the wall one way or the other. All dems are doing now is prohibiting bipartisan compromise, and it is counter-productive.
