One Anon suggested Horner’s Sign also known as Horner’s syndrome. I had it (and still do if you look very closely) due to a surgery on my stellate ganglion. Any number of things could cause it though.

This is true…..I have Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy and have had it since 1995. I've been managed just fine on a certain drug regimen with one opioid until the “crisis”. The answer was either reduce my opioid and add two non narcotic medications to alleviate symptoms OR see a pain specialist. I actually was already established with a pain doctor who I really like (I get steroid injections in my muscles 3-4 times yearly for muscle spasms) but he wanted to put me on something like a fentanyl patch. I have children and I have to drive them to and from school so I wouldn’t agree to a pain medicine that I could control how much was in my system at any given time. So….my medicine was reduced and I’ve suffered because of it.

Yes trigger point injections really help me. I’ve not ever tried marijuana (illegal in my state) but my regular doctor said he would support it if was legalized. I’m sorry about your back. I also take Robaxin every day. It’s a muscle relaxer. You have to be your own advocate. If not this screwed up system will consume you.
