The public will never know that unless a leaker releases those files (if they exist). There is nothing good that comes of revealing that in the past.
The only thing they can do is "find" the cures in the immediate future and begin treating patients moving forward.
Behind the scenes, those responsible for any ill-conceived plans and corruption will be held accountable and face full justice.

But 95% of America has no idea that cures potentially exist already so revealing that we have had them for years (or decades) would BREAK America. That's just stupid and illogical.
When you see big names from Pharma companies and other research firms being prosecuted for unrelated crimes, you will know they have faced justice. They WILL be dealt with, and Anons will know how to read between the lines.
