I believe it was the movie "Loose Change", or another 9/11 truther documentary that mentioned this was the case with Flight 93. In fact, it stated the military personnel responsible for shooting down the plane received a medal in a secret ceremony.

This also goes along with what Q mentioned about Fakewood glorifying past tragic events. They want to solidify the false narrative in everyone's subconscious.
