Not many are looking at the Hillary Victory Fund that was pretty much a giant donation machine to Hillary and DNC. But Hillary took out more than 1/2 of all donations. $528M. Hillary took $158M and change. That "fund" seems very excessive, since people are donating millions. I thought there was a max donation you could send.
