Throughout my digging the past little while, I have noticed that cases that are brought to face justice, via RCMP or other, have been thrown out due to administration activities or incompetence.

Knowing how deep Canada's swamp is, It is possible that in every single one of these cases, there's at least one culprit that can be bought/blackmailed to fuck everything up.
