James, …I wrote you while digging through some stuff at work. I can not be specific about how I found these, but I was able to gain access to some files that a friend of mine located while doing some research.
It is amazing James. It seems you and I have been in contact as children. During the early 1980s in British Columbia, Canada (Above the US state of Washington on the Northwest Pacific Coast), there was a genetic lab. There is also another lab located near Lake Minnewanka, Alberta. The children (and some adults were flown in to Nelson, BC on small charter flights funded by the CIA. These children were then taken to Banff National Park (Lake Minnewanka). There is a DUMB entrance near the lake up and old logging access road. I checked this against the database and that DUMB was closed and relocated to a larger base further north. The base that was used in the 80s is now used for records storage and reserve emergency parts (generators, tools, etc). It is a small service base, but was used because of its location near a CIA training station as well as a genetics lab in Nelson. I think the site record said it was 150,000 square feet…not large for a DUMB by todays standards. like I said before there ae small ones and large ones. Anyway, they sequenced our DNA there. The documents stated (which were old CIA and NSA briefing documents) that the children were “blue bloods”, and used for “Project Ibis genetic sequencing”. We were selected as small children due to our lineages and genetics. We were either abducted, kidnapped, or maybe our parents were brainwashed in to letting us go there or taken there by them. I have no memory of my parents doing his. My parents have no knowledge of any of this. My parents never travelled to Canada, but I do have vague recollections of floating from my bed, out the window, and down into a space ship that reminded me of the Appolo spacecraft on the moon (at least that is the way I remember it). It states our blood and plasma were taken, our brains were scanned, we were given IQ tests, asked to complete lobe exercises while hooked to EKG machines and brain monitoring equipment. Whle reading these documents so many memories started to come back. I am confused and a bit angry at all this. I asked to speak with my supervisor and I asked him about the files. He stated, “This kind of thing is common in the intel community”.That is all he said and he just smiled. Remote Viewing of Underwater Base near Coast of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
I sense that there is a base underwater near the Coast of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. I have often astrally explored it and even remote viewed it on November 16, 2015 and it has a large electromagnetic frequency generator attached to the base that creates vortexes and ley lines for the province of British Columbia.
This base feels old (ancient) and like it has been on Earth for a long time generating energy fields under the ocean perhaps to stabilize the Pacific Ocean.
There is no one living on the underwater base now but it can be accessed remotely through long distances in space in order to calibrate the base technologies so the energy generator works correctly underwater in the electromagnetic frequency fields and waves that it emits.

Exercise TRIDENT FURY is a two-week joint, coalition based exercise hosted by Joint Task Force Pacific Headquarters (JTFP) and executed by the Pacific Fleet Commander. The exercise will run from 8-19 May and incorporates Naval, Air and Land Force elements from Canada, the United States, Great Britain and NATO. It will be an assembly of the largest and most diverse list of exercise participants ever seen on the West Coast.

TRIDENT FURY will see participation from four Canadian Navy warships (HMCS ALGONQUIN, WINNIPEG, VANCOUVER and YELLOWKNIFE), auxiliaries (HMCS ORIOLE and Fleet Diving Unit vessels) and two United States Naval vessels (USS INGRAHAM and USNS BRIDGE). Operations will include live surface-to-air and air-to-air missile firings and the employment of air-to-surface Precision Guided Munitions.

Approximately 20 aircraft will be operating out of Victoria International Airport. They will include F-15 and F-16 fighters, E2 Hawkeyes from the United States, an AWACS from the United Kingdom, Canadian SeaKing Helicopters and AlphaJets from Top Aces.

Approximately 20 other aircraft will be operating out of 19 Wing Comox, including CF-18 Hornets, CP-140 Auroras and a NATO AWACS. Due to space constraints the base could not accommodate all participating aircraft. Some aircraft will also be flying back to their home bases in the United States at the end of each mission such as the B-52 Stratofortress, bringing the total number of aircraft participating in the exercise to approximately 60.

The exercise is expected to result in over $2 million being spent on Vancouver Island during the two-week period. There will be over 2000 participants, 1000 of which will be coming to the local area specifically for the exercise.

The aircraft will primarily have two take off times each day. They will take off as a group at around 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The missions will take about 2 1/2 hours so the majority of the aircraft will return around 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily. The public is welcome to come out and watch the flying from the public viewing areas around Victoria International airport.

Bulkley Valley officials preparing for midnight landing in Smithers.
North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) has confirmed that the Bulkley Valley is the projected touchdown point for an unidentified flying object.
At an emergency press conference on Saturday, Smithers Mayor Jim Davidson said he has been informed by NORAD that the object will enter Bulkley Valley airspace at precisely 12:01 a.m. PDT tomorrow.
"We better watch out," Davidson said. "(The object) is coming to town."
Last week, routine satellite reconnaissance of the polar ice caps spotted what NORAD called a "high-confidence sighting" of an airborne object. Although moving too fast for immediate confirmation, a highly placed source inside NORAD told The Interior News, that they have been monitoring what the call an annual phenomenon, since 1955. Using four separate detection systems and new technology, NORAD has been able to piece together enough information to now plot a course.
"We've seen this test —- I guess you could call it a flight —- every year around this time. From what we've learned over the years, we are highly confident with our projections —- the Bulkley Valley and the Hazeltons and Kispiox Valley is directly in its path. But we've still at a loss to completely explain this phenomenon… it's almost like it knows when we're sleeping and when we're awake," the NORAD source said.
In the wake of the NORAD confirmation, Davidson convened an emergency meeting with all Bulkley Valley first responders.
Smithers RCMP Staff Sgt. Sheila White has also mobilized her force and a staging area has been set up at an unspecified location.
"Our officers are checking their lists twice to find out who has been naughty and who has been nice," she said. "But so far it has been a silent night, there's not a creature stirring."
As of 6:00 a.m. NORAD switched to a second mode of detection to track the object, using the same satellites in geo-synchronous orbit that provide warning of possible missile launches aimed at North America. The satellites' infrared sensors have picked up a small, but radiant heat signature at the nose of the object. The discovery has divided analysts at the Canadian Space Agency into two camps. Some insist the craft simply has a very shinny nose, others have argued it even glows.
Brian Vike, a renowned ufologist in Houston, B.C., told The Interior News the object is more thoroughly documented than the government is admitting to. He claimed to posses blurry video footage of what occurs when the object arrives.
"Most of the stuff we see in the sky is explainable, but there are sightings that I cannot figure out, like this one. It's just one bright red light, but there's structure to it. It's tracking very quickly across the sky and has a kind of comet spray behind it. Sometimes it comes to a hover, or it may make a wide loop around and drop down into the trees or onto a rooftop."
Environment Canada forecasts limited visibility in the Bulkley Valley tonight, which may hamper visual sighting of the object as it approaches.
Mayor Davidson appealed for residents to continue with their holiday plans uninterrupted.
"It will be one foggy Christmas eve that will go down in history," he said. "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night."

Initial conversations on the scanner said an explosion was reported at 16 Avenue NE in Salmon Arm; fire and ambulance crews responded but found nothing at the scene. Social media indicated multiple calls were made to RCMP, who reported nothing conclusive, and CP Rail dispatchers were reported contacting train crews to see if anything could be reported.
Dispatchers updated over the scanner at approximately 8:15 p.m. updating that ground shaking was felt in many areas.
At approximately 10 p.m., Shuswap Emergency Program stated there have been widespread reports of the explosion but nothing has yet been found.
“Officials are still investigating the situation, but at this time, 9:50 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, there has been nothing found. Currently, our emergency management has not been activated. We will report back as soon as we know more information,” states the SEP Facebook page.
SEP also says Sicamous Fire Department is reporting no indiciation of any unusual activity or emergency within their boundaries.
