IDK, Anon, I have not read this new bill, but my understanding is that any allocation will come as "Border Security" and be usable on any project that has already been approved, such as the wall.

To be fair, that was the state of the union show, not something where she needed to be listening.
When I met SDO, she was not what I would describe as highly coherent, but when she was on the bench she was right on. If Thomas were declining, but as coherent as O'Connor was when I met her (she had retired SCOTUS and just worked part time as a Circuit judge) I would want him to stay.
She obviously knew it was time to dial it back. RBG, at the point in the picture was passable, but now I think she's dead.
