Donald Kohn was chairman of that board.
Kohn was a governor at the Federal Reserve (Janet Yellen took his job)
Kohn now works for the Bank Of England (of course, he's Jewish)

EVERGREEN INTERNATIONAL
a now defunct cargo company that did govt contracts.
They also got their fleet from the CIA's Air America..
