Earlier today, an anon posted this new video by SGTReport (#4661474). Re-post with added comments. ALL REFS TO POSTS BELOW ARE PAST BREAD.
Two years ago, SGT was major pizzagate reporter; Sean at SGT was contacted last Fall by Mike Cernovich (whom he'd never met) about giving Sean's email address to WaPo, who wanted his comments for an upcoming article.
Sean was not interested; didn't trust WaPo.
Was contacted by WaPo anyways on Nov. 25; "national technology reporter" Craig Timberg emailed him asking for comments on why his YT channel had been taken down. Timberg was persistent. So emails went back and forth; brief comments by Sean appear in the final article. When the article comes out, the title says it all: "Hateful conspiracies thrive on YouTube."
Some emails are in the video. Worth checking out. Timberg sounds neutral, but he's not. One striking thing:
Timberg's interest in Frazzledrip
Dec 4: Timberg asks about Frazzledrip (see CAP).
Dec. 10: WaPo article is released. Tries hard to link "hateful conspiracies" with non-Leftists. Implies that Frazzledrip was credulously accepted by hateful Right-wingers.
Dec. 11: During Pichai hearings, Jamie Raskin asks Pichai about Frazzledrip. Because of its sensationalism, the story is picked up by the media: Newsweek, Vox, Business Insider, Metro News (UK), The Verge, The Daily Beast.
QUESTION:
Did Raskin just "happen" to look at the WaPo article the day before the hearing? Or was this hit piece released then so Rep. Raskin could use Frazzledrip to blow up the hearings?
