The President is forcing the Dems to "force" him to declare an emergency over the wall. He will have "no choice". They will play this as the move of an out of control, bigoted tyrant who must be stopped. When he is firmly, without doubt, peaking as the "ultimate enemy" across all msm and with despondent concern from even his supporters (yes it will still continue to build), then expect his crowning move. This will signal the opening of the floodgates against the entire DS.
