In Delray Beach FL, restaurants along Atlantic Ave (where a ton of drug users hang out) have taken to installing locks on bathrooms so that drug users can't just go in and shoot-up, pass out, then be a liability to the establishment. Sad.
"Rehabs" find drug users still on mommy and daddies insurance to bilk, then offer them drugs at the "rehabs" (oftentimes for a "price" like prostitution), then send those addicts out to find more addicts on insurance.
Holmes is by far the most interesting case IMO. A dude specifically studying these types of things gets wrapped up in the mind control/shooting gig.
