The first two Anons above posted before the start of the schedule of rallies noted in the analysis and which prompted the analysis.

If not outright predictions, very close to pointing at events unfolding that culminated in Trump Admin, lat in 2018, talking publicly about "withdrawal" from Afghanistan (and Syria).

I do think that POTUS plays on that phrase for just that reason. It is easy to remember, too, Chuck and Nancy, and ties them together in the public imagination.
