2- Maggie divulges the leak on CNN to Cuomo ON HIS SHOW.

Using sneaky liberal logic, this makes perfect sense. Cuomo leaks to Maggie, Maggie publicly divulges leak to Cuomo so Cuomo has an alibi (in his own mind).

This is exactly how these weasels operate. Wrap-up smear in its most simplest form.
