The ideal failed, all those kids in those picutures are the boomers pushing their granddaughters to have abortions so they can spend all their money on keeping themselves alive for a new more years and not have to feel guilty about not spending their resources on their family. Whether they were tricked into it or not, those kids are the most selfish generation that ever existed. Something was wrong with how the ideal was implemented that led to the mess we find ourselves in today.
