Thats why the dems want steel, you wont be cutting thru concrete so quickly…. not a lot of diamond tipped core drills at the border….kek
I agree, the steel slats they have at the moment are incredibly simple and easy to install. forming a 30 concrete wall/rebar, not so much. So steel is the most feasible. Just easier to cut thru.
