I think that the dems have a rebel group with the nucleus being the 6 senators who didn't vote for Rosenstein (Harris, Booker, Gillibrand, Warren, Blumenthal, Cortez Masto). I don't think Schumer or Pelosi can control them. I felt they were the ones behind the CBF drop that started the mess going behind the dem's leadership backs.

If the thinking goes that Pelosi and Schumer are working with Trump (flipped in a plea bargain situation), then the target is that group. They may be announcing pres runs to use the going after political opponents excuse when the heat is turned up. The wheels are definitely grinding towards that end of January timeline where it all comes together, so all announcements have to come before then.

Interesting that Gillbrand gave her support to AOC's opponent (a pubbie). So AOC may have a purpose in this show. Booker in the news, too, with his new squeeze.
