Individual members of Congress can be removed if they are proven Guilty of a crime such as Treason/Sedition/Murder (aka the big ones).
In a situation re: provable mass Treason/Sedition then yes there would be a Constitutional Crisis
Yet it would mostly still boil down to remove and replace
As far as removing any Compd legislation that would most likely be accomplished via the new Congress members and the President going the traditional revoke/pass old/new laws route
