the basics is 5g and the microwaves it runs on, using phase array technologies it is possible to e.g. track an end point (phone e.g.) real time and in a three dimensional way. [ ] anyone?
what they also can do is create and direct energy, basically microwaves and using the haarp principle create localized and directable beams of microwave energy (looking alot like a laser), these need metal as an interface to energy transfer, cars, wires, transformators
