In one of my old science books it states that when a photo is taken, it "copies" the wavelength/frequency of that person into the image. It's a direct copy and can be interfered with remotely. This is also used in India for "remote" healing.

The "doctor" conducting the remote healing of the patient only needs a photo, and when light (they used high quality gems to apply the treatments) is projected onto the image, the real human patient is enacted on. There has been documented cases of this remote healing ability working and is still prated today.

I believe this is exactly where the concept of voodoo came from. The ancient cultures were a lot more advanced that "officials" claim they were.
