Pelosi is channeling Michael Chertoff and his "virtual wall", which cost a lot of money and did nothing.
It's obvious to me that she has a medical condition for which she is taking neuroleptic medication (memory lapses and disconnects), and that she is experiencing well-known side effects (movement disorders). Some med-anon needs to weigh in on this.
