We know very little about the power lines at the very top. I've been entertaining the notion that the Rothschilds, who are a lower family, used their position to try to usurp control and have been increasingly successful. They have brainwashed everyone below them and the entire world was sinking into darkness. The power lines, because of their need to remain invisible needed a Plan to restore the balance.
