The Secret Logistics of Americaā€™s Global Deep State

Why is Americaā€™s Baghdad Embassy the worldā€™s largest embassy ā€” and the largest by far?

ā€œItā€™s as if the US Embassy is there not only to protect American interests, but to manage the entire world from the heart of the capital, Baghdad.ā€

ā€” Iraqi Sheikh Qassim Al Taā€™ee, as quoted on 27 December 2011 in Al Iraq News and translated by Ibrahim Zaidan from the original Arabic by Nicholas Dagher

Zaidanā€™s article went on to say:

The worldā€™s largest embassy is situated in the Green Zone and fortified by three walls, another barrier of concrete slabs, followed by barbed wire fences and a wall of sandbags. It covers an area of 104 acres, six times larger than UN headquarters in New York and ten times larger than the new embassy Washington is building in Beijing ā€“ which is just 10 acres.

[Editorā€™sā€™ Note: The ten-acre US Embassy in Beijing is the second largest overseas construction project in the history of the Department of State ā€” and the 104-acre US Embassy in Iraq is the largest.]

So, Americaā€™s largest diplomatic mission is surrounded by high concrete walls, is painted in black, brown and grey and is completely isolated from its environment. ā€¦ The United States announced several months ago that between diplomats and employees, its embassy would include 16,000 people after the pullout of US forces.

On January 1st, Will Sillitoe headlined at the Helsinki Times, ā€œWhat does the US embassy in Baghdad export to Finland and dozens of other countries?ā€ and he reported that:

More than a million kilograms of cargo were shipped from Baghdad to different parts of the world, reveals US embassies procurement documents.

Mysterious cargo shipments from the US Embassy in Baghdad to other American embassies and consulates around the world have been revealed on a Wikileaksā€™ database. Procurement orders of US embassies are public documents, but Wikileaks put them in a searchable database making it easier to analyse.

The database displaying worldwide US embassy orders of goods and services reveals Baghdad as a postal and shipping centre for tonnes of freight.

Like the United States, Saudi Arabia has provided support to various factions in the Syrian conflict, including through the supply of weapons. Working with the Bulgarian authorities, CAR has traced numerous items deployed by IS forces to initial exports from Bulgaria to Saudi Arabia. These transfers were uniformly subject to non-retransfer clauses concluded between Saudi Arabia and the Government of Bulgaria prior to export. In this respect, onward retransfers by Saudi Arabia of these weapons contravene its commitments to the Government of Bulgaria not to re-export the materiel in question without Bulgariaā€™s prior consent.

Just like in the case of the Baghdad Embassyā€™s agreements with contractors, the powerful party in any contract will be the party whose side is paying (the buyer), and not the party whose side is supplying the service or goods (the seller). Money always rules.

Three suspected MS-13 gang members charged in the stabbing Wednesday of a New York high school student are all illegal aliens who were caught and held by the Trump administrationā€“until they were freed be federal judges. The victim, a 16-year-old boy, was stabbed in the back but is expected to survive.

WABC-TV reported the 16-year-old boy and a friend were at a Burger King but left when they felt threatened by the gang members. All involved are students at Huntington High School in Huntington Station, Long Island.

ā€œFeeling uncomfortable, the victim and a friend left, and the three gang members followed them, wielding bats and knives, police said.

ā€œAn altercation broke out in the parking lot, and thatā€™s when 19-year-old Ramon Arevalo Lopez allegedly stabbed the victim in the back. Another 16-year-old boy suffered a minor injury in the fight.

ā€œā€¦Lopez and two other suspects, 20-year-old Nobeli Montes Zuniga and 17-year-old Oscar Canales Molina, were charged with second-degree assault.

ā€œā€¦According to police, Lopez entered the United States illegally on December 8, 2016. He was picked up by the Department of Homeland Security in October 2017, but a federal judge released him from custody in June.

ā€œZuniga and Molina entered the country illegally as unaccompanied minors. Molina was picked up by DHS in July 2017 but released by a federal district judge in November 2017.ā€

End excerpt. Please read the complete report at WABC. President Trump has made the fight against the ā€œanimalsā€ of MS-13 a priority and has worked with officials on Long Island and victims families, making two visits in two years to emphasize his commitment.

Ecuador Believes Assange Should Surrender to UK Authorities ā€“ Foreign Minister

Ecuadorian Foreign Minister Jose Valencia suggested that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, who has found shelter at Ecuadorā€™s embassy in London, should surrender to the UK authorities.

The whistleblower has been living in the Ecuadorian embassy since 2012. The UK authorities have maintained a warrant for Assange's arrest, issued after he breached bail conditions linked to an investigation in Sweden. The Swedish authorities have since dropped their investigation. Assange is fearing potential extradition to the United States, as WikiLeaks has published a number of classified documents, allegedly leaked from US government agencies.

"We see two options for Mr Assange: to remain for an indefinite period [at the embassy] or to surrender, and this option, we believe, is the most positive for him," Valencia said, as quoted by the Foreign Ministry.

The foreign minister reiterated calls on Assange to comply with a protocol for his stay at the embassy.

Last year, the Ecuadorian authorities introduced the home rules, restricting Assangeā€™s visits and communications. The whistleblowerā€™s lawyers challenged the decision in the court saying the restrictions violated Assangeā€™s rights. Moreover, Assange has suggested that he has been spied on in the embassy. However, Assange's appeal was dismissed by an Ecuadorian court in December.

Media not covering Integrity Initiative scandal because they might be ā€˜involvedā€™ ā€“ Labour MP to RT

The revelations about UK government-funded propaganda outfit the Integrity Initiative are a ā€œreal scandalā€ and more questions need to be asked about its activities and motives, Labour MP Chris Williamson has told RT.

British media has been reluctant to cover the Anonymous leaks which exposed the Scotland-based organization in November 2018, revealing that it had used its hefty government funding to interfere in the domestic politics of other European countries and to engage in a smear campaign against Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn at home.

Speaking to RTā€™s Afshin Rattansi on Going Underground, Williamson said that the media might be hesitant to cover the leaks because they themselves are implicated.

One has to ask the question, therefore, is it because of their involvement that [journalists] are not covering this real scandal?

The leaks named a number of high-profile journalists, academics, politicians and military personnel, claiming they were part of special ā€˜clustersā€™ of influencers based in various countries around Europe. The documents showed that these so-called clusters are particularly interested in ensuring certain ā€˜narrativesā€™ about Russia remain prominent in the mainstream media.
